  I have always received very good service at Arbys, I am a regular drive through customer visiting once a week, I had a new girl serve me at the drive through twice now ( Jessica ) What a pleasant young lady , She is really on her toes and at the same time she has the sweetest personality.

  Food was good. Service was average but place was very dirty. No napkins, no sweet tea and tables were messy and a wet sticky floor. In the past its always been clean. Maybe no help and just hit a bad time!

  Every time my wife and I go through the drive through they mess up the order in some way and it takes forever. We order meals, no modifications and still comes out wrong. Today both of our sandwiches were extremely light, I'm talking half if the usual fillings. Oh, and they cut half way through one of the sandwiches...

  My wife was looking forward to a Mint Chocolate Swirl Shake. When we ordered it we were told that the shake machine was broken. Vanilla shakes were the only shake available. We had travelled to this location especially for the advertised shake. What a disappointment!
